How do I get started?
It’s easy! If you’ve not used us before, select “New User”, create your profile and your pets profiles too. Then create a reservation for your Meet & Greet. We’ll be in contact with you soon to specify the exact time to meet you and your pets. If you have used Big Paw Pet Care before select “Existing Client” to access your account.

What services do you offer?
We offer pet sitting for families on vacation. We offer daily dog walking for busy professionals. Our visits start at 30 minutes and you can have us visit for as long as you and your pets like. Just add another 15 minutes or select our overnight in-home care.
We provide in-home and also group dog training classes. We can offer you single sessions for about 60 minutes or we can fully train you and your family in an 8 week course. We try to keep our training services flexible and affordable.
What areas do you service?
Currently we service Winter Garden, Windermere, Ocoee, Dr. Phillips, West Orlando, Winter Park, Maitland & Baldwin Park. Don’t see your area listed here? Use the contact form at the right and just ask. We usually can find you a caring pet sitter or dog walker.
What pets do you care for?
We care for all kinds of domestic pets from the furry to the feathery. We also have pet care providers who are experienced with farm stock. Note: you must reside in an area zoned for these type of animals for us to perform services.
What are your rates?
Rates start at just $15 per visit! We are an affordable alternative to boarding, especially for households with numerous pets.
Are there additional fees?
Big Paw Pet Care assesses nominal fees to compensate our pet sitters for their time. Fees include Key Pick-up and Drop Off for clients who prefer to not have us store their keys when no service is scheduled. We also assess an addtional $10 fee per-vist on all Federal Holidays and as well as Christmas Eve and New Years Eve. How do I pay for service?
All in-home services are prepaid 72 hours prior to the first visit. We only accept payment via Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express. Sorry, no cash or checks – however, you may provide cash or check gratuties to your pet sitter.
Dog training group classes may have different payment options, please contact us about group training class payments.
